Incredible book that has probably changed my life more than any other book I have read (though admittedly I do not read much) As I poured over the 700+ pages I fell in love with the spirit that was protagonist Howard Roark, who defied convention to make more beautiful architecture and was loathed by society, especially the ruling class.

Also, a basement with a poured in concrete foundation is a lot easier to finish and waterproof. 

Just imagine trying to say that on a mortgage, a anything, ANY other loan of any kind, right..... 

Can only imagine the nightmares of dealing with disputes between occupants:(

For example, I know a lady in my local market that is very successful in the land business and has developed a niche that cashflows very nicely, without a lot of stress, as she puts it though I can't imagine how that is possible. 

but generally - new accounting and property tracking softwares fall short in one of two places: 1) they don't actually generate financial statements that a CPA or Lender will approve, or 2) They can, but the learning curve is so steep or convoluted it's impossible for you to get help if/when you need it (I imagine this is why this thread is a little slow right now)Have you asked your accountant what they think will work best?

I can imagine it depends on how significant the issue is but I'm interested in y'alls take on if this will impact the resell value even if I fix it completely? 

I have rental agreements for my LTR but couldn't imagine using that for my STR.

I can't imagine the logic of sitting there and reject it all when they have been doing what I want to successfully for years.
