I know on bp we have a long standing  whats better appreciation or cash flow.. and I am in the appreciation camp one needs that if one is going to exit with any kind of real profit..

I agree $66k gross is not impressive, but without theming, you don't stand much of a chance.

totally learning as much as I can from others cuz I am still young and don't need much money for now all I can and want to do is that absorbing knoledge and skills from the peoples like you who already doing it but I do wanna stand on my own one day and run my own business.

But I could no way have done it with out my wife's ability loyalty standing by me etc etc..
