I always recommend newbies to start out as licensed assistants to top agents.If you do decide you want to go at it on your own then find a brokerage that offers a lot of good training on marketing and getting clients. 

I have another package in a neighborhood that's a slight step up that rents for $4950 that I can let go at $400k.

When a bank forecloses do they generally let the property go at a discount to get it off their books or are they trying to recoup what they lost from the previous lendees?
