He took videos of everything in there, they sent it back showing the great job they did -- of the stuff I bought at Target and all the boxes I unpacked and put away.

We bought our first home in SC with plans to rent it out.

I'm struggling because the first 3 homes I bought were homerun off market deals 3-4 years ago w/ great cash flow and appreciation. 

When we bought our first home I KNEW it was a good deal and we jumped on it. 

I have been through this process before with the first foreclosure property that I bought.
