Hi everyone- currently in the process of acquiring a property in Blue Ridge GA... who do you all recommend/ not recommend for insurance in this area and why? 

The auction I attended was for Gwinnett County in Georgia, which includes Auburn, Lawrenceville, Berkeley Lake, Buford, Dacula, Duluth, Grayson, Lilburn, Loganville, Norcross, Peachtree Corners, Snellville, Sugar Hill, and Suwanee.

I was looking at Columbus, GA, Cincinatti, OH, Akron, OH, and a few others.

You have property in Illinois and now you want one in Georgia?

There are states like IN, OH, FL, TN, GA, NC, SC, NV and Oregon Coast. 

Not sure what your budget is, but if you’re looking for an affordable place to get started in and don’t mind a little cash flow, Chattanooga may be worth a look—I definitely second what @Tim Ryan is saying about the city.If you’re willing to venture into nearby states, there are plenty of similarly affordable markets in Alabama, Georgia, and the rest of the Sunbelt as well.
