Here is where I stand and this is my question:Just like us all, my goal is to reach financial freedom.

From what i have gathered, Zach has a passion for helping people reach their dreams of financial freedom and as i get further along in my career, i can only say that Zach’s help will undoubtably be priceless.

I changed careers into something that has given me more freedom (realtor) but as I don't have enough to quit I still have a few toes in the rat race.

The difficulty is always going to be whats "most comfortable" for your family and what property will provide the highest return/ROE to help build a life of financial freedom for your family.

Even if i fail, I'd still like to try because i dont want to regret it and whatever i need to do to fight my way to financial freedom, or least start, id be willing to do.

Also, have visualized in achieving financial freedom through real estate is possible.

That sounds like a prison sentence, not a financial freedom plan.

It literally took me years to get all of the pieces into place, but now I have a huge amount of freedom and flexibility.

Glad to see you are on top of things and I hope you keep that same passion for helping your clients/partners reach financial freedom once they sign up.

Just getting contractors to show up can be a challenge, and if no one is looking over them they take ‘creative freedoms’ on how and when your job gets done.
