hello group, I am actually a contractor in dallas/fort worth area and help commercial clients in the insurance restoration industry, we pretty much make there insurance companies pay for new roofing, siding, etc whatever applies. 

Hi BP Community, I just got a senior care facility just south of Fort Worth under contract and am looking for a DSCR lender who can help with the purchase.

I realized, the land with Rail Road is not in Fort Worth, it is further north near Pilot Point.

.- Grand Prairie: Centrally located between Dallas and Fort Worth, it has a diverse economy and growing population.- Arlington: A bit further out, but it's a vibrant city with strong rental demand due to its large student population and attractions.- Plano: A bit more expensive but offers excellent schools and a strong job market. 2.

Looking around Jacksonville, Orlando (of course Disney is the attraction point), Fort Lauderdale or anywhere close to Atlantic. 

I currently own one rental property in Fort Worth and own one house which I occupy in NJ.

For those locals, is northeast Fort Myers any better than Lehigh for quality of tenants or is it one in the same?
