These fees include things like cable, water , trash , pool, fitness center.

Track your spending and try cutting as much fat as possible like starbucks, booze, work lunches out, dinners out, lower cell phone, plans, get rid of cable, etc. and pay down all your debt.

The cable guy, cabbie, plumber, inspector are realtors.

For example, are you going to include cable, are you going to include house keeping.....

I did all of the demo myself immediately after buying, and I lived in a construction zone for an entire year (one working toilet, no stove, no fridge, no flooring, no furniture, no cable, no TV, no internet).

High HOA fees are killing the deal and it was confirmed they just include cable no other utilities.
