Like Derek Diamond said, we do videos of the inside and outside of the property plus you should get an inspection done on it.

The only way to remove this from the wall is to use a diamond blade grinder and cut into this and score horizontal, vertical and diagonal lines and slowly carefully pry or chisel it out piece by piece trying not to damage the adjacent tiles. 

Again, I would do your due diligence, but you never know...it could be a diamond in the rough.

I bought a condo on the slopes of Diamond Head for $35,000 that was worth $120,000 in just a little over two years.
