I'd much rather do a daily pay as you go agreement where the repair person is literally working for their pay each day.  

With 65 units under management it is a no brainer as the amount of time to price each unit daily would be a full time job. 

I've only been selling out here for 5 years now,but I'm finding amazing properties and equity daily.

The only issue is with a bit lower rent there's a higher number of applicants that won't qualify but I don't mind the volume to get it filled.

This would be a tedious task to do on a daily basis. 

Draw two circles with 14 and 12 inches and then measure the volume. 

I was never a volume flipper so two was the most I ever had going on at the same time and that was plenty.Lending has been on my mind as well.
