It seems like there are paid services that will give you interior design to set up an str, buy new furniture, ship it and install it. 

It was a hazard for ship builders where the dust was so thick you couldn't see 3 feet in front of you.

I just looked up the covenants on the online city records, hoping to see an amended recording, and the original 1997 ones appear to be the only ones there, so this helps me understand the issue more fully, if they take precendent over Rules & Regs. 

I’m getting ready to leave at the end of the month and my mail forwarding service gets a letter from the town which I have a feeling is important so I overnight ship it to myself.

If your not stocking the cabinets and accessories (like trim pieces and panels), then I am at the mercy of ordering and shipping (that means delays).  

I purchased them assembled and shipped (didn't trust the contractor to put them together). 

As I recall, just meeting three of those conditions (and there are several more) moves you from 1099 to W-2.It's been 9 years since I sold my pack & ship store, so maybe that has changed.The USPS is ramping up their competition, so it's wise to keep an eye on them. 

That wouldn't be enough to just decide to move out for FNMA, but with a legitimate employment issue you've clearly demonstrated an intent that met the loan covenants. 

I did manage to get things ship shape enough to get it ready for a bank.
