So a hot tub is essential, and a nice outdoor area with hammock & firepit. or one of my students caters to families with smaller children and has bunk beds and an outdoor swing set and play house.. that is all they need there.

This individual not only disrupted the peace of my other tenants but also engaged in criminal activities, including domestic violence and terrorizing children in the building.

I would say pool all day to cater to families with children.

We were helping a friend renovate a house which had been home to a heavy smoker: one room was so bad - owner had smoked in the same chair for 30 years - that we had to replace the sheet rock on the walls and ceiling.There have been some studies in the past few years showing that the chemicals from cigarette smoke, even when encapsulated with paint, eventually come to the surface exposing future residents, in particular young children.  

Lots of companies moving and building out here like Intel, Honda, Amazon, Nationwide Children's Hospital, Ohio State University.

Case workers look at things such as disability, are the potential tenants collecting food stamps, child support, do they have other income, SS, how many children, what ages are the children etc etc etc.....In your earlier comment you said average for 3bedroom is around $900.

I personally know several families with spouses and children that rent out a portion of their home (finished basement/private entrance room, etc.) that offset their mortgage substantially.

If children fit your demographic I would also recommend bunk beds in one of the rooms complete with games, tv, etc.

American children and students are taught how to develop themselves to be desirable to an employer, how to pay into the system and work full time or double time to until they either drop dead or live long enough to "retire."  

How dare you mention my children as you continue to defend the indefensible !!
