I am stuck at a dilemma , as phrased in the book “ Begginners Guide To Investing “ the donkey looking at 2 carrots .

Carrot and lead propeller sound great (leaning towards carrot) but $50/month forever seems steep, and if I ever decide to cancel I have to start from scratch.

Be relentless and call and text and borderline annoy him until he does what he was contracted and agreed to do   It’s a balance of the carrot and the stick.  

Depreciation is a big carrot for passive investors that have W2 jobs. 

The eggs are very good (and healthy, do some research) and chickens are easy to to take care of.A garden is not that hard, and provides lots of chemical free food (if you do not put chemicals) and teaches kids where food comes from.We have a root cellar for storing potatoes, carrots, roots, etc.

The bureaucrats in Washington spend the bulk of their time lobbying to figure out which group they will reward with all of the tax carrots and such.

But given the ability of you to use powerful lead generating websites and blogs like Investor Carrot, Youtube, as well as prospecting... why would you need to worry about putting out bandit signs?

We dangled this carrot to see if he bites--maybe he won't but we don't know yet.

I know of 2-3 programs in Austin that are extremely reputable and place the carrot in the right place so that people aren't being fleeced out of money.The bottom line is that learning the business is HARD WORK!
