Hi,I'm an Australian investing in the USA in SFHs.

It's easy enough here to find numerous banks within walking distance for currency exchange, most of the folks speak German, English, some Turkish and other languages as well, there are no shortages of things to do/sites to see, dining of local cuisine as well as international restaurants (from American to Australian), and shopping from both major retailers as well as open/local market shopping. 

Many of the Australian resellers learned this the hard way and refuse to close on houses unless vacant.

He will be able to give me a sense of how things work in Ohio whilst balancing it with the Australian perspective.  

Account Closed   I wrote an e book specific to this asset class it was for Australians that were getting hammered in the US.. buying very low valued assets.the very low end only works in very specific circumstances.

You can still obtain properties for far less in other Australian cities. 

Reminds me of John Ferguson who screwed over several Australians.
