New Member from Florida

Hi Everyone,
We have just bought out first property in Winter Garden Florida (we are living in it) and we are focused on acquiring more single family homes for rental investment as quickly as possible.
We are looking for homes around the 100k mark and doing the usual 20% off the listed price and ideally with no closing costs.
We have read a few books, got numerous audio CD's and are ravenous for more info so thought this site would be a great start.
Would love to meet up with other investors in the area, especially those with a similar target market.
Oh and we are Australian :-)
