The LLC's are just to contain and limit access to only that group of properties in the event of attack/lawsuits - rather than attack the C-Corp directly.With a C-Corp, there is minimal witholding tax per the Canada/US tax treaty.  5% against dividends to individuals, 15% to corporations.

I expect my relationship with my tenants to be warm within the bounds of professional.At the same time, I'm doing my best to minimize the likelihood of personal attacks.

The metrics used to analysis a rental wholesale deal can be attacked from different perspectives and if the proper perspective is not identified the result could become quite questionable.

I just wish they didn't attack something actually helpful to many.

@George Ozoude I'm personally a fan of narrowing your investment strategy so you have a clear plan of attack.
