If anyone stays beyond 10:30 AM I was authorized to call 9-1-1 and someone would be there to arrest Tresspassers.I actually gave them til 7:30 PM the first night before locking the door, and then I even came early to open the place up at 7:30. 

Am I wrong?

Am I able to insist that the tenant vacate by this time and am I able to change locks at 12:01 or after on Thursday, Oct. 31, 2024?

So...am I shooting myself in the foot if I buy an investment property now (out of state) to begin my real estate career, and lose out on the ability to use an FHA in LA down the road?
