It might have been they lost their job and couldn't ever catch up after 6 months of missed payments, or maybe they bought at a crazy price in years ago and their payment was 4x the rent you would charge them.If no: With the order for possession, barring any stay of execution, you should be able to get the eviction going with the sheriff.

Don't really understand what your question is, the area around Cleveland Clinic does not have low priced homes, its surrounded by museums, restaurants, lively bar scene BUT the cities surrounding it CC is a different story.
