The only reference I've seen to 'T' in an MLS listing is that is it means "temporarily off market", but I don't think that was referring to occupancy, more so the listing overall.

Few members here already pointed a few exit strategies for you, such as clean up and try to wholesale it again...should not be hard, just rent a dumpster, hire someone or do it yourself, thrash everything, put a tarp on the roof for temporarily stop the leak.
