Many "just cause" reasons for evictions have been temporarily banned.

The only reference I've seen to 'T' in an MLS listing is that is it means "temporarily off market", but I don't think that was referring to occupancy, more so the listing overall.

The premise of all the loans I made in the past was that borrowers would pay the high interest rates only temporarily and refinance out as soon as possible.
