GPA makes no difference, the more social you are the more people end up in your house.Loud music, underaged vistors, beer stained carpets, fights, none of which were our fault... werent located any where near the school either.college kids = bad news

I particularly like the ones that try to look like wood instead of tile, but there a lot of nice options than the classic ugly laminate many people have come to associate with kitchen laminate.You can point out to potential buyers/tenants that tile is really hard to clean (the grout stains grey over time).

Didn't get as far as I wanted to this past weekend in finishing up and cleaning up so you will see all the stuff on the kitchen floor for removing the stains from the grout.

If you had showing and no signings, I may ask about interior issues like smells or stained carpet.....If you got interest but no filled out applications, I may ask about the terms, policies, processes, fees and more....I like the idea of finding out first if you are getting prompt responses to inquiries.

I plan on putting plywood floors where I have the plywood cut in 4-8 in. strips then staining them to bring out the grain and then cover with with poly?

For wood sanding/filling/stain/seal I've been paying around $3 per sqft; so would expect to pay around $9k for your job to refinish floors.
