So many tremendously inspiring and refreshing stories of triumph on BP.

It was refreshing to hear others being successful with the same strategy I am currently working towards. 

Some chevy or japanese id say dummy all the way and go back to school.

I find it refreshing to find a group of people that are truly interested in networking and helping other people to achieve their goals.

I am leaning towards "refreshing" all 3 bathrooms (2 full and 1 half) and then the flooring in the kitchen has some water damage from an improperly installed french door (not by me. was done by the previous owner).

It takes time to figure out where and what to buy anyway and how to property manage.This is a refreshing change from all the college drop-out posts lately...with all the limiting beliefs on debt and opportunity cost.
