@Conner Hitchcock,  The most difficult thing in any decision regarding real estate is to keep emotions out and look at the raw data. 

Also interested in buying raw land for farming.

In the past 30 days or so I closed a bridge for medical office, raw land, a couple residential fix and flips, retail (single tenant and deemed essential).

@Kelly Reynolds..I wonder if the builders will lower prices ‘immediately’ as their costs for raw materials and subs drop.

There is a better way than using raw data, and that is using indicators.

My favorite was when we had a sewage back up into the guests shower, so at 10:00 on a Friday night I’m calling plumbers to bring their augur over, and cleaning up raw sewage.

One path you could pursue is to replat, Keep the 2 properties sell off the raw land.If you would like to talk through the deal I would be glad to chat with you about it, I advise on this stuff all the time as a land REALTOR.

Or you can do Tax Lien Certificates for just raw land...and do a lot of research and due dilligence to avoid Clouds on the Titles.
