The forum for q and a are wonderful and the pod casts bring so much real estate knowledge to your finger tips

The pod cats on this sight are wonderful and the forum to ask questions are a great resource for you.

Also hardest hit funds states take a preference as well since we are buying notes with borrower occupied homes who want to do a loan mod. 

I've never had any warnings from the mods, and would prefer to keep it that way. :)Yes, I will review your tax returns, leases, mortgage statements (where applicable), and homeowner's insurance declaration pages, if you'd like to send them my way (bare minimum for me to do any meaningful arithmetic).

Hands down the most risky and complicated of the Real Estate investing models that's is talked about on BP.. if anyone is talking about these on a pod cast and just glossing over the risk  then I think you hit the nail on the head your only getting Blue Sky feed back.

Every payment made has come out of our account and there have not been any late's since the mod.

I am reading everything I possibly can and will begin listening to the pod cast soon.

I came across Bigger pockets thanks to a good friend of mine from Tampa, we were evaluating an investment opportunity, and he sent me a rental analysis which he generated from Biggerpockets  I have started checking out the pod casts, and I am hooked.We are looking to expand our investments into multi-family multiple units, I look forward to working with other Bigpocketers.

I've listened to a few pod casts and am currently listening to a first time land lord book on tape.
