New Milwaukee public library off 27th - 31st VillardSome developers are pouring a few dollars around the new library.( luxury apartments, car title loan business, and etc )Now if you’re talking Tosa area: my answer would be yes all day long.For example: ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~If $500,000 - $650,000 cash would drop in my pocket I would place a great deal it into female hair shop and real estate.

Charter is the way to go, IMO.I'm pretty frugal too, until I get a wild hair, takes more than 2K to fill up the 50' Sun Dancer, truck gets 10 mpg, down hill!
