You could create a website that is just as effective and costs you a quarter of the price using squarespace, wix, weebly, or wordpress.

you could pick random tenants quarterly and maybe give them a $10 Starbucks gift card if they complete the survey just a thought.

They also won't count this fourth properties rental amount because its not on my tax returns because it was just rented this month.
