     I am currently looking at a property in mass.  and below are the numbers.I thought I'd share them for anyone who is interested in looking them over.

Asking Price $ 340,000.00

20 % down. $ 68,000.00

closing cost $ 3,000.00

Taxes           $150.00 /Mo

Insurance    $ 90.00/Mo

Utilities payed by tenants

Rehab cost estimated $10,000.00

Number of units 3  ( possible option for fourth unit upon approval from city)

unit 1  $ 2,100.00 month

unit 2  $ 1,075      month

unit 3  $ 1,075      month

possible unit 4  ( $700.00 month)

This is the  lowest rental amount.It is walking distance to the beach and in a desirable vacation rental spot .We will run the numbers like this not for possible vacation income, but for worst case senario.Please let me know if you all have any thoughts or questions.I am interested to see what everyone comes up with ..
