Not business owners and entrepreneurs like most of the people on BP.

And that made me a better entrepreneur which helped me become a better real estate investor and real estate agent.

I was never influenced to become an entrepreneur and investor until that book opened my eyes to that way of thinking. 

Lol  You're right - I didn't take the necessary action back then mainly because I only had $100k and didn't want to have $0 in my account and Covid starting but I take full accountability.I'm an entrepreneur and am not afraid to put the work in - that's what I'm going to be doing now.

I have already read Brandon Turner’s property management book and Bryan Chavis’ landlord entrepreneur book as well. 

For two reasons.1) This is a space where the individual profit-motivated entrepreneur, who really knows her stuff well, is typically going to outperform the W2 salary corporate employee.

The methods vary from higher end homes in awesome locations with themes like environmentally-focused entrepreneurs chefs kitchen beer and kombucha on tap, to higher end affordable housing like Padsplit, to old-fashioned, student housing, and low end rooming housings. 

(b) In 2019 some yooung entrepreneurs revitalized one full street of this city (with brand new apartment building and some business buildings) which is just one street down where this building is located.

I guess your experience of not being able to stop and relax is what makes you an entrepreneur - you started your own business back when you had a day job because you couldn't stand having nothing to do on your evenings and weekends :)The review site was a good idea, there's definitely a need for it.
