Regardless of anyone's political views, the earth is in a trend in which it will get warmer every year.

I'm confused about what's shown under "Taxes." It doesn't list taxes more recent than 2011 and there's a Tax Assessment that has has been 27K since 2000. Can anyone explain? Mansplain welcomed ;) Also, if you've watch...

I want to be in a position that allows me to make my carbon footprint on this Earth as huge as possible however environmentally friendly as possible be able to help people 2 mm true that 20% of the bad that is out there in those neighborhoods that has to be a niche market to allow for the 80% to thrive and grow and improve for a market on any level on any Street in any City or for any part of the country at least that's my somewhat naive opportunistic ideas and I cannot be the only one that shares that idea or vision. 

Why on earth would you withdraw from an account with such a healthy balance?  

As far as telling tenants about the history of the house :why on earth would you do anything to scare them off or get them antsy ?

People of Earth,I’m an investor in Fargo, ND and we have a shop in town that will offer a 30-year fixed loan at around 4% for 1-4 unit properties that they keep in house.  70/30 LTV but no other real gotcha’s or catches.

My vote for rarest & most valuable —-The ability to zoom out or  “ Google Earth. ”  The ability to analyze specifics of a situation or deal AND the context of what the situation or deal means to all parties involved.
