What are your thoughts on adding a tradeline to my credit history to boost my FICO score.There are a multidude of website which offer the service including boostcredit101.com which offers a diamond package of 3 lines of credit, $80k total line of credit, for upfromt fee of $3,500.Worth it or not?

Targeting them as a desired tenant is not discrimination, but targeting them to keep them out is a good question.Did you by any chance attend the Black Diamond event when we had the Chairwoman of the Board of the Massachusetts Commission Against Discrimination speak recently? 

Off the top of my head, I can think of some guy named Bob Diamond.

Just don’t discount finding a diamond in the rough occasionally!

@Jane S.Hello Jane,I had a good laugh while reading your post .You have good material for stand up comedy .I feel your pain, here in Australia I had some diamonds coming for inspection and I was getting very frustrated for wasting my time driving there and talking to the jokers .I’m sure soon you will find a lovely tenant.Good luck

If you have an angle grinder grab a $5 diamond cutting disk and use that to cut the lip off if you don’t want to spend $40 renting a concrete cutter for a 3 minute job.
