The only space that would be practical would be on the 1st floor, which is all common space. 

You can't (practically) get title insurance for trustee sales, but I get the property information over to my title company asap after winning an auction, order title insurance, and get a prelim before paying for the auction.

I run numbers on everything that pops up in MF just because I want the practice to be able to judge a property just by looking at it if its a good deal or not.

But my insurance agent said under insurance laws, and practices, you cannot buy insurance for someone else.
