I pictured a management company that handled rent collection, cleaning service, etc..

@Mary Jay our company has a mantra, "if it's not in writing, it never happened".Send them emails ending with an open-ended question, that encourages them to respond - which is proof they received your email.

I'm an investor, and represent as Director of Education, Equity Trust Company, which is the custodian for Self-Directed retirement accounts, and then also Equity 1031 exchange, a QI. 

I got a letter from my mortgage company that said I can move the title into an LLC if I like without triggering the due at sale clause. 

I was turned down by all of the companies that are often mentioned here (Proper, Steadily, Foremost, American Modern) and many others. 

the only ones that make this work are LAWYERS and PRIVATE Detective type companies .. the only ONE"S making money on this are these guys just dusting off OLD material joining the modern SM craze to suck in newbies that think they found some new system  LOL.. 

He has lending companies, title companies, insurance companies, and many others, and they all generate money for him every time a SubTo member buys a deal. 

Once approved, it shouldn't matter if their rent is paid by them, their wealthy uncle, an employer, an insurance company, or their sugar daddy.

She's again looking for a business plan :)As my goals for real estate progress and our event rental company grows, I'm looking forward to the day where it can be income replacement and I can quit my day job!
