Hi investors,Which data source I can rely on foreclosure data ?

Great data, very good search filter.   

But any decent lawyer will know the proper ways to request this data in discovery. 

There is government data online to see where good schools are, low crime rates, and desirable city amenities.  

Thanks.The data set I'm working with is 15 years and thousands of properties managed, including my own portfolio of homes.  

Maybe they are implementing a broader set of data points.

However, now that we have refinanced a number of units and are beginning to use bank money for purchases as well as BRRRR methodology, it has flipped to be more in my partners benefit - I do 90% of the work and only get 50% of the deal... but I am fine with that.
