I have done my research in regards to paying off my student loans first, but they are at a 3.2% interest rate and I still think it is more beneficial financially to invest now while I am relatively young.

I think it would be beneficial not only for the furnace, but I'm a fan of tidying up the crawl space as most in my area are quite nasty. 

There are also several other books out there that are very helpful, but I personnally found these to be the most beneficial to myself.

Ask her if she wants to work until she's 60, or retire earlier.If she says retire earlier, show her the numbers.Have her listen to a podcast of your choice.

If your debt/income ratios aren't right for the bank your only choice becomes a sale to gain that access which may not be ideal in that market cycle.

We both think that starting a group who meets regularly to discuss South Austin, Buda, Kyle and San Marcos would be beneficial to everyone involved and lead to great connections in the area.

The way I see it here are my choices. 

I have lots of clients in the same boat- just getting started and trying to make the best possible choices as they move forward.

I think this is a personal choice.
