Lake Nona is not far away, it is 5 minutes to the airport and right off 528 which is a main interstate. 

She is staying with us in Maryland helping to raise our 14-month-old daughter and has not been able to get a flight due to airport closures.

It's only 30-40 min away from a major airport and only 1h from a major city (Guadalajara) which makes it very convenient to fly and have access to amenities.

There seems to be quite a few MF properties currently on sale in downtown area and close to the airport.

Lots of things affect rentability, from crime to airports, busy highways to lousy access to transportation.

The port and economic development council have really been pushing hard to bring in more industries to the airport.

Plans to were announced last month to invest $2B into the cities airport in anticipation of the population/business travel growth.

Focus on areas where tourism is strong (which is most parts of Florida), population is increasing, near beaches, and government is planning large infrastructure investments such as transportation like highways, airports, etc.
