Are you a native?

I'm an Indiana native and returning to the Bloomington market after awhile so any help with referrals would be greatly appreciated! 

I'm optimistic about Houston but it maybe because I am a native Houstonian.  

I love it here and am a California native, but my "dream" is to buy, flip, and hold properties and it doesn't seem like California is a great place to do that.

I'm one of those rare Bay Area natives, although I've lived elsewhere (Seattle, MA, NH) and know how great we have it here. 

Hi -I am a Seattle native and am interested in investing in real-estate, specifically flipping properties.  

There's a reason all the doctors, engineers, nurses, etc. are from other countries,  Doctors, engineers, etc...from other countries come here to learn in our Universities...then go back to their native country (supposed to) to teach.

CT native here, but if you're thinking of CT or NH, I vote NH all day long both for quality of life and tenant / landlord laws.
