So, I was wondering if anyone has any good pointers on where to start im open earsI might be able to take a look around upper marlborro maybe, Ill look around.Thing is around dc we got rockville, silver spring, alexandria alot of pricey marketsI hear DC is pricey .....And investing OOS is scary.

@Barry Wang I think SIP has definitely tested the good nature and will of neighbors because we are all at home 24x7 working, playing and trying to enjoy our time both indoors and outdoors through this pandemic.It's a bit of a blessing/silver lining that because you are moving into the building it will afford you an opportunity to be able to verify the complaints from the neighbors real time and also be intimately hands on involved in developing a building community and understanding.

Eagle Ridge is a quiet and often overlooked neighborhood that's perfect for families and retirees.

Insane….But I digress…One silver lining: it looks like this largest investment-aged demo is at least putting their money to work, even if they can’t invest in a home.
