These realtors differ in that they're not promoting themselves to the masses - they won't have their photos on bus benches...you'll want to look at investment properties that have recently sold - and see who represented the buyer. 

I haven't read Pre-Suasion yet, but the little I gleamed from his examples when he was promoting it before the release were really good.
