You are not alone in your real estate ambition. 

I am also helping my mother-in-law find and invest in a duplex/triplex as she's sitting on capital that should be put to work for her.With that being said, I've also had the ambition to start my own business for quite some time, and I've finally found the idea of starting a local Property Management company. 

There are many folks out there who just want to poison other peoples' ambitions by slamming folks who know the business inside out but charge a significant fee for doing so.

While looking at the current RE price drop trend and the number of houses construction, I am bit confused and not sure if I should buy at this price or wait for sometimes and why the home when market slow down a bit more. 

First of all, great ambition and mindset at your age.

I value education because it is more than just a piece of paper you get.It is the ambition the discipline, it is aiming high, and your mind is like any other muscle. you need to exercise it for it to grow bigger and stronger.Hell I am crushing it in my market BECAUSE I am a NASA caliber robotics scientist.I became a master at SEO because I see numbers.

I know these are high ambitions for someone who has only read a few books about real estate.
