I agree, at some point, it'll have to expand as supply gets exhausted in RTP.

The second building needs a new roof, it's hvac exhaust is missing a two foot section in the attic, and the gutters are draining wrong so the foundation is being washed out. 

For some folks like @Liz C. is talking about its a place to park a property after you've exhausted depreciation but don't want to pay the tax or continue to actively manage. 

However terms are typically better on conventional loans so I recommend people exhaust that option first before going DSCR. 

Example Inspector 1 "The exhaust on this H2O tank is 3", the new code is 4".

Hello all,I am planning to install IKEA kitchen , difference is in having 4-legs under cabinets AND Not box base cabinets.I understand that floating luxury vinyl can withstand up to 200 lbs per sq.inch , so like any piece of appliance on 4 legs or couch on 4 legs , the IKEA cabinets would look better on already installed Floating Luxury Vinyl (28 mil).My contractor is telling me that my floor will loose warranty if installed as I ask before IKEA cabinets.My point is about 4- legs cabinetry , not base box cabinetry.Please give me your opinion.Greatly appreciate. 

We concluded the water heater must be causing exhaust to enter the unit.

I actually found the method to be exhausting.
