The software is a little weird first time through but you can upload your list, customize their postcards (or whatever you want to send), and then have them mail for you either first class or second (depending on what you want to pay).If you start reading different posts on the topic you'll find there are a wide variety of mail pieces that people use.

In BP, most of the syndicators I know including ourselves look at value add like class B/C where rent disparities on 2-3 bedrooms vs class A are so great that if class A gets overbuilt the discounting in rents that must occur by those operators still do not compete w/the B/C property rents even after renovations are complete.

well it looks like the lazy landlord will be rolling up his sleeves in these two houses The estimates came in at 1,800 for the 1,200 sqft propAnd 2,300 for the 1000 sqft houseThe disparity was because the larger home has stained baseboards and therefore does not need the baseboards trim moulding and doors paintedStay tuned as to how I manage to execute these two projects with a timeline of no more than 10 business days

There is no garage and the driveway is only a single car wide so I do not think it would make a good duplex.
