I'd like to spend today bracketing & metal strapping the LVL beam into the existing structures, but I'm not clear on how to drywall OVER the bolts on the beam later on?

For many homes like this the have metal boxes for the outlets/switches with I believe it is called Romex wire (wire inside a flex metal sleeve) which is fastened to the metal outlet box as well as breaker box.

It is a fair straightforward test just to sweep if there is any metal in the ground. 

It might be hard to see in the picture, but behind the glass is like a metal mesh running through it.

Metal roof replaced in 2000.

Would it be out of the ordinary for me to offer to supplement a little extra cash to have the kitchen floor redone with a higher quality laminate and to have the roof done with metal instead of shingles?

The company I used dug a bit and then put in piers that were like a giant metal screw until the foundation was stabilized.

I have found information stating that a typical wood billboard (not very interesting to me) costs about $25k and a metal (more likely what I would use) billboard would cost about $65k.   

At the metal air register is the coldest point from the unit mixing with hot/warm air causing condensation.  

Is that from back dripping condensate leaving the cooling coils?
