I currently work as the logistics manager at a local Target store.

 - they take all calls, vet customers, arrange logistics with the customers, etc- they provide sheets and linens and clean after each customer.

BP has done more for my family then my ASQ certification in LEAN/SIX SIGMA, ISO 9000, undergrad in transportation and logistics management, and my MBA.  

I doubt that BP is going to be hosting a summit, there's just to much logistically to organize it.

I can definitely help you out with this scenario and work out some of the logistics.

I'm especially interested in the logistics of out-of-state investing.

This first "base hit" deal is amazing and I really like the "deal deep dive" you included by giving us all the logistics and details of buying this property.

Certain areas will just be a better fit logistically based on your financial situation, your available time, your experience, whether you're a people person or a numbers person etc. 

You need to communicate with your contractor that you want to add value and rooms but only if logistics and value make sense.
