My suggestion would be to talk to me or someone else who has actually had this mortgage and see if it’s right for you.

Exactly, if someone else has a different motivation, lower return threshold, or is a fool, let them have it. 

In essence they want to lease your house, and then re-lease it to someone else for more money than you are leasing it to them for - keeping the difference for themselves.  

Everything else is downstate.

If they don't have any, I would definitely look at doing something else.

If only you had negotiated better, maybe you wouldn't have gotten yourself into that mess - you have nobody to blame but yourself.

I would suggest watching some youtube videos, come up with your own variation of someone elses script and practice it until it sounds natural.
