Almost like they wanted it to go that way.Although I tracked 3-4 deals that I thought were good and all of them ended up in the ball park of what I had originally thought. 40-50k profit after everything was all said and done.

You'll know the area a ton better (critical in real estate) and it'll save you road time/phone hassle every time something goes off the tracks (and it will.)

We're not going to leave active duty, dual pensions at 38 and 42 will help our future growth.
