You can always delete default matters in a purchase contract and add that there is to be no default as part of the consideration, but probably best to decide which direction you need to go.

I delete all comments from jerks that do this.

Post seem to be showing up now.I also received an e-mail from this Brain person and just deleted it.

I am glad to see I advised my client to do the right thing, walk away and delete all communications from Apogee.

Then one day a key member got pissed off and systematically deleted all of their prior posts.

If this section of the forum is just for landlords only then please admin can delete my thread.I thought this section was for Landlord&Tenant related issues.

Note:As an investor, there are certain things you do not want in a contract offer that is a standard form agents use, need to know which ones to delete and most importantly know and understand the clauses that are important to add, especially if you are making offers through agents.Wishing you good luck.....oh, thanks for the vote - always appreciate that.

Once I see the exact same response come through more than once I automatically delete it without reply.
