If you are capital-constrained and need to place your money on the absolute best horse running you probably can't play ball in the best investments.

The good news is that the US is the nicest looking horse in the glue shop.

One is a high end efficient system that cost $12,500 to install, the other is a mid-range work horse that cost $7,500. 

That throws many ratio metrics out of whack.You better pick the right horse if you're going to play in this race - since all the numbers are super-sized, any errors are magnified compared to the $100k house market.  

Its close to the horse racing area of Ocala, so we put it up for AIRBNB last year for the first time and it booked up December-March @ 4k/Month for the winter circuit with the occasional rent out for a few days a month since..

But some general comments-- if you don't already own properties, thinking about LLCing each one individually is really putting the cart before the horse.

An attorney tenant can be difficult if you get a horses rear attorney. 

This horse has been beat to death and resurrected way too many times.

That is also the shower facility.A guy comes by once a week on a wagon and the tenants can buy fresh milk and eggs.Another guy comes by once a week on a bigger wagon with a black and white spotted dog pulled by these great big horses and the tenants can buy beer from them.
