If you send the same message over and over the system sees that as "spamming", as that's what spammers do -- they send the same message to lots of different people.

It's not the worlds best deal, but it should trickle in some cash flow, and the neighborhood it is in is going through some very big transitions, so appreciation is almost a given (yes, I know, don't gamble on appreciation).

Then you can say you're the "Gamble Team" at XYZ Realtors.

Especially in places like San Francisco, a very unique set of strategies can be employed to make a lot of money in a couple of years, gambling on out of proportion appreciation due to population increase.

I guess it must be the appreciation, which is considered speculative and gambling regardless of what history has shown.

It is frequent enough that if an American hears an English as a second language person on the phone it will be instantly assumed to be phone spam of some sort.

For that money , it sounds like its worth the gamble
