Locust road is in Silver Springs Shores. 

They are working toward a west of the rail road Master Plan mega community, similar to Silver Leaf and Nocatee in St Johns County north of us by about 30 mins.  

Anyways - the silver lining - the appreciation in the market just keeps rising - so think of this as an investment that continues to grow - frustrating that the timelines have been extended - but recent appraisals are coming in consistently over $350k - so your money is definitely working for you.
