So while a guest can grow with Airbnb from couch to room to whole house, they can only find one option on HA with let's face it piss poor technology (o if it has improved it's still way far behind).

@Khoa Ha I specialize in "vague" questions. ;-)Sometimes a beneficiary (bank or individual) knows that a property is worth more than the opening bid so they bid the actual value so that if someone bids over, they make money but at least they wind up with the property if no one else bids.
