Good food, good music, good people what else could you ask for?

Hi, I am a small investor in mexican real estate.

All of my gigs of music and zig ziglar and other stuff that i had on there including many hours of documents are all now gone.

My Lady and I were in Johnstown PA for the Flood City Music festival.

According to her, since Mexico is the border to my city, Mexican nationals frequently buy houses in the Laredo with a hefty cash down payment.

I am a professional drummer/instructor/multimedia manager for three Music Education Schools in the greater Sacramento area as well as owning my own landscaping company.

Most memorable was years ago,, 6 plex, guy lived on 3rd floor,, fell off the wagon, his toilet busted water ran down thru the ceiling and damaged 2nd and 1st floor.. he threatened everyone in the building, LOUD music,, Numerous police calls,, all in about a weeks time.. then he threaten fire.. he was going to burn the place down..

They blast their ghetto music at volume 11.

A mexican rest went out of business, the property was foreclosed on, sat vacant for sale for years and someone just bought it cheap (but not as cheap as I would have...).  

Lots of people made a ton of money on that party, and yes, when the music stopped there were some who couldn't find a chair.
